From Paris: 726 km

  • A6 freeway to Lyon and A43 freeway to Grenoble
  • Then towards Briançon via the Lautaret and Izoard passes in summer, or towards Gap via the Bayard pass or the Luz-la-Croix-Haute pass, Embrun and Guillestre in winter.

ATTENTION: The Col d'Izoard is closed from November to May: go via Guillestre

From Marseille: 238 km

  • Take the A51 freeway to Gap/Tallard, then Embrun, Guillestre.

From Turin: 146 km

  • Reach the border at Montgenèvre, then Briançon, Guillestre (the Agnel pass is closed from October until late May/early June.
