The AQLM association - Les loueurs de meublés du Queyras

Who are we?

AQLM : Association Queyrassine des Loueurs de Meublés du Queyras dans les Hautes-Alpes - 05 (Alpes du Sud) was created in 2006 with the aim of studying and implementing all measures likely to increase the tourist rental of furnished accommodation in the Queyras region, and to represent the interests of furnished-rental owners with local, community and departmental authorities. (See the association's articles of association).

It brings together renters from seven communes in the Queyras mountains: Abriès-Ristolas, Aiguilles, Arvieux, Ceillac, Château-Ville-Vieille, Molines en Queyras and Saint-Véran.

The large number of hamlets in these seven mountain villages and their location at the bottom of the valley or on the heights, the variety of tourist accommodation on offer (chalets, apartments, gîtes), the nature of the buildings - traditional houses or more recent residences - all contribute to the great diversity of the offer and give everyone the opportunity to find the residence best suited to their vacation needs... and their dreams, and to come back year after year, each time discovering a new valley, a new village.

The association promotes private-to-private rentals by presenting its members' offers. It does not intervene in the rental process, and does not charge any commission on transactions.

On this site, the association aims to showcase the rich history, culture and heritage of the Queyras region, which has long remained off the beaten track, preserving an unspoilt natural environment where winter and summer activities are rich and varied, offering a complete change of scenery.

To join the AQLM, all you need to do is own, or manage on behalf of others, a furnished tourist accommodation, and pay the annual membership fee, set at €30 in 2025. The sign is €37.

You'll recognize our members by the "Location meublé" sign.
