Edelweiss at Soldanelles

Rated 3 stars, the Edelweiss apartment has all the charm of the old while offering all modern comforts.

Located on the first floor, in the former kitchen (fougagno) and storeroom (carotto), Edelweiss features thick walls and an exposed-beam ceiling as it was over 2 centuries ago.

The apartment comprises 2-3 rooms: a living room sleeping 1 or 2 with flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a mountain nook - separated from the bedroom by cupboards and a glass door - with 2 bunk beds. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room, and is fitted with all the necessary appliances - induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, multi-function oven (microwave, grill, pulsed heat), electric kettle and coffee-maker, mixer, etc. - and a toilet. There's also a shower room (Italian-style) and a toilet with WC.

As with all the apartments, tenants have access to the garden, where in winter children can go tobogganing and make igloos in the snow, and in summer they can swing or read.
It's also a pleasant place to have lunch - a gas barbecue awaits - or to relax in a deckchair after a hike, or to enjoy a drink. In winter, you can also soak up the sun. In the garden, a composter awaits kitchen waste.

The common room on the first floor, in the former living room with its stable, is divided into a laundry area with 2 washing machines and a games room with a table soccer table much appreciated by the tenants, board games, DVDs, books and, for the children, games, toys and books. You can also leave your skis or bike here.
Wi-Fi via Orange fiber is available throughout the chalet.
