In Saint Véran, in the Parc Naturel Régional du Queyras, a charming village, the highest commune in Europe, in a house with a friendly spirit, completely renovated in 2019-2020, and whose owners are aware of the need to protect and respect nature. No high-rise buildings here, just chalets and traditional houses in unspoilt mountain surroundings. Snowshoeing and ski touring also possible. 1.3 km from downhill ski slopes, 200 m from cross-country ski trails, altitude 1910 m.

Apartment refurbished in 2020 and currently being finished. But that's not all! Separate kitchen, separate WC, Italian shower room. Solid wood furniture. Pets accepted up to a limit of one.
WIFI via 4G box. 80 cm flat-screen TV. TNT sat decoder for all or almost all radio stations! The studio is rented for two adults, plus 1 child if required. One 140cm bed and a 140cm sofa-bed in the living room.
And if skiing doesn't tempt you, Saint-Véran is also a great place to simply relax, and/or walk and enjoy nature and the scenery. Groomed itineraries open to pedestrians.
A 5-minute drive takes you to the start of the Molines-Saint-Véran resort, on the Molines side, with ample parking. If your children are taking ski lessons, it's best to book them in Molines. A free shuttle bus passes in front of the chalet during the winter school vacations, but it runs very infrequently.
No smoking. Heating included in winter season, and until end of May 2022.
Located on the roadside, this studio is more suitable for hikers in the high summer season. On the other hand, it's very quiet in the morning, at night and from 5-6 p.m
